For Beyti Kebab sauce
2 tomatoes chopped (without the skin)
2 spoon of butter
Salt
Some chopped parsley for decoration of Beyti Kebab.
Preparation of Beyti Kebab
Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix it really well.
Cut pastry into half.
Make the meat into a long sausage shape and roll the pastry with the meat inside.
Put the pastry in a baking tray and cook at 180 degrees, until the pastry and the meat is cooked.
Melt the butter and add tomatoes, salt into the sauce.
After you take out the Beyti kebab from the oven, put sauce over it. Add parsley on top for decoration.
